RIP: BPA Water Bottles

In case you’ve missed the news over the last few days. Bisphenol A (BPA) bottles are officially on the out. (For more information on the risks of BPA see How to Choose a Healthy Water Bottle: 34 Resources)

Nalgene is going to stop making BPA water bottles and pull them from shelves @MSNBC

and

Walmart is going to stop shelving BPA water bottles:

“The world’s largest retailer [Walmart] had announced Wednesday that it was immediately halting sales of baby bottles, sippy cups, pacifiers, food containers and water bottles made with BPA in its Canadian stores amid speculation that the country’s health department would soon declare the chemical unsafe”
