Email, Thanks, and a Question for You

There’s nothing I enjoy more than getting an email like this in my inbox:

I’ve been lurking Go Green Travel for some time and love it. We share many of the same ideals. Also, as a side note. Your blog saved me nearly $400. My partner and I were booking airfare home from Europe and after much searching and stressing almost booked $800 one-way tickets, the cheapest all our searching could turn up. We decided to wait until the following morning to call the airline. Before doing so, I happened to check my RSS reader and saw your post on Best Search Engines for Non-Stop Flights. We had exhausted nearly all the sources you listed but a few and one of them turned up with a $330 tickets for us, leaving from the airport we wanted, the day we wanted. Long story short, your blog has been very helpful in planning my trip.

Seriously, I love helping people save money almost as much as I love helping people save the environment!

Thank you readers for the continued success of our site. We’ve grown by leaps and bounds since we launched and hope to continue to reach more and more people in the upcoming months. We could not do this without you.

After our Alaska/Canada trip we’ll be back with more great features. But we’d like to know more about topics and locations that interest you.

What would you like us write more about at Go Green Travel Green?

  1. Dear Elizabeth

I found your article very informative and resourceful. I am a Management student doing a project where I am trying to prove in Economic terms for a firm what are the payoffs for each factor, and extra fuel for take-off/landing is one. I request you to let
me know how you got to the figures, and what are the sources of the data.

    Thanks and Regards
