This reminds me…do you know that the first fireworks recorded in America were set off by an Englishman, Captain John Smith? (famous in the story of Pocahontas)
And the first fireworks were probably made in China around 2,000 years ago. Chinese crackers are still used today for celebration, weddings, and to ward off evil spirits.
I agree that fireworks in Singapore is good. But there are definitely better places for fireworks. I think fireworks in Hong Kong are just as good or better because of Victoria Harbour and the skyline.
