Bariloche and El Bolson: Views From Our Windows

by Kimberly on November 11, 2008

The gorgeous mountains and vast lakes of the Lakes Region make Patagonia our favorite part of Argentina so far. And because it’s the low season we’ve really lucked out on our accommodations; we’ve stayed in comfortable cabins for less than hostel dorm beds cost in Buenos Aires.

And the scenery has been amazing. Check out these views from the windows of our cabins in Bariloche and El Bolsón — with no zoom.

I cannot tell you how many gorgeous pictures I’ve wanted when driving through mountain regions have been ruined by power lines. Don’t worry, the picture is still great, and I’m envious!!

Hi Kimberly,
You mention cheap accomodations in El Bolson and I wonder if you could give me the name of the places you stayed? We are heading that way at the end of October and plan to stay for awhile.

Thank you for sharing your pictures, these are great!
Best wishes,
Lisa
