This is a great list! I second the bronners recommendation, it’s a good thing to have along on any trip. You can use it as shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hand soap, or even laundry detergent (although I’d recommend Sal Suds as a better detergent).
I have a serious jonesing for the Simple EcoSneaks, I hope I get a pair for christmas.
You forgot Bucky.com. Eco-friendly buckwheat travel pillows and sleep masks. The sleep masks aren’t filled with buckwheat hulls, but the travel pillows are. The most comfortable pillows ever! Plus they’ve got some cute kids travel items too.
And don’t forget indoor vermicomposting systems made by a homebased business

@Austin Glad you like the list! Dr. Bronner’s is great and since it has so many uses, it takes up less space in your luggage. I got Simple EcoSneaks last year to replace some non-recycled sneakers I had. I love them. And they look good, which is a plus.
If you have a specific group you want to help out, you can also do your holiday shopping online through a Give2Network toolbar, and a portion of all of your purchases will be donated to the nonprofit you designate (National Wildlife Federation for me =-) It is great because they are gifts I would buy anyways, and now I feel even better about it because I am donating to a good cause!
