2 Ways Cheap Airline Tickets Will Save You Time & Money

How to Find Cheap Airline Tickets will teach you to do two things:

1) Create a personalized, automated system for searching for plane tickets

We know you’re busy and don’t have time to waste scouring countless search engines trying to keep track of the cheapest airline ticket that meets your time table. We’ve been there: backtracking and hunting. It’s time-consuming and frustrating.

“Didn’t I just see this fare for $1.95 cheaper on Orbritz?” or “What happened to the flight option that left at 2:30pm?” One of the central components of How to Find Cheap Airline Tickets is a detailed step-by-step process that will save you time.

2) Master airfare search engines

There are a lot of websites and informational products out there that tell you that XYZ Travel Search is the absolute best travel search engine. Guess what? In reality, there are dozens of great travel sites. And many are the “best” at something, depending on your needs.

Are you looking for a flight that leaves tomorrow, or any time next month? To a particular destination, or just somewhere with a beach? Depending on what you’re looking for, different tools will help you find the cheapest ticket. In How to Find Cheap Airline Tickets we detail exactly which tools to use for each situation.

2) The Work Sheet on page 21, which keeps me organized.

3) The Fixed/Flexible Chart on page 9. Maybe it’s just because I love charts.

  1. i love momondo but lately there search tool has been down…or maybe its just me in taiwan

  2. Hey guys, sorry to spoil the party, but travelling by plane really isn’t very green. In fact it’s pretty much the most polluting way to get from one place to another, apart from driving an SUV on your own. I know that over in the states you aren’t really aware of this aspect of low carbon living, but I had to say something given that you are literally encouraging people to fly more on a site that it supposed to be about ‘green travelling’. I’d be happy to contribute a post about low carbo alternatives to flying if you want.

  3. In addition, the people in your online marketing will be able to maintain their information specific to your destination to help customer to provide suggestions for cheap airline tickets. These are only a few of the distinctions between online marketing and travel agencies.

  4. @Jamie Andrews Thanks for your comment. We are definitely aware that flying is not the greenest option. But for most people who want to travel abroad, it’s the only realistic option. At GGTG, we like to focus on the little things everyone can do to be greener; we’re not about extremes. We love to travel, so we don’t advocate that our readers stop traveling altogether. Instead, we focus on sharing tips and ideas about how you can make your trip greener — even if flying is your only option.
